The petitioners are challenging the order passed on their application for amendment (Exh.139) preferred by them in a pending proceeding under section 50(A)(1) of the Maharashtra Public Trust Act, 1950. This being an order passed in a pending 50(A) inquiry which is one of the instances covered by section 70 of the Act, a revision would lie under section 70A of the Act.

Writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to avail of the appropriate remedy.
