The application is pending since year 2010 for requisite order of stay to the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nilanga, in Land Acquisition Reference No. 61 of 2006 dated 13-07-2009. In view of efflux of colossal period, there is no propriety to grant stay to the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the Reference Court. In such circumstances, the civil application for stay stands disposed of. No order as to the costs. 4.
