This application is filed for restoration of First Appeal St. No.34137 of 2023. The registration of the appeal was refused by order dated 28.03.2024. The applicants had failed to deposit the deficit Court fees pursuant to order passed by this Court. Now, the appellants are ready to pay the deficit Court fees as per claim made in the Trial Court. 02.

Since, the applicants are ready to pay the deficit Court fees and are also ready to join as party respondent Nos.2A and 2B to the application, the application stands allowed, subject to payment of deficit Court fees within a period of four weeks from today.
