The petitioner has put forth prayer Clauses 'B' and 'C' as under :- (B) By issuing Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, the respondent No.2 to 4 authorities to decide the proposal dated 22/10/2018 filed by the respondent No.5 for the approval tot he petitioner's compassionate appointment as Laboratory Attendant.

(C) By issuing Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions to the respondent No.2 to 4 authorities to issue the approval order as Laboratory Attendant in favour of the petitioner as per the proposal dated 22/10/2018 filed by respondent No.5.

The petitioner's father passed away on 12/07/2015 while he was working as a 'Laboratory Attendant'. The petitioner was appointed on compassionate basis in his place on 05/09/2018. His proposal for approval is pending with respondent Nos.2 to 4. 3.

The learned AGP submits that the proposal would be considered expeditiously since it is pending from October 2018. 4.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.4 or any other authority empowered to exercise jurisdiction, to decide the pending proposal of the petitioner dated 22/10/2018 for approval, as expeditiously as possible and in any case, on or before 30/09/2022.
