Applicants seek to take on record legal representatives of applicant No. 1 and also leave to correct name of appellant No. 1 as Bhagitrabai Govind Bhosale instead of Bhagirathibai Govind Bhosale. It is contention of applicants that during pendency of reference, Bhagitrabai passed away on 03.08.2022 and applicant Nos. 2 to 5 shown in title clause of this application are her legal representatives. 2.
Mr. Bhandari, learned Advocate points out that legal representatives of Bhagitrabai were already on record even before reference Court.

In that view of the matter, there is no impediment in allowing present application. The present application is allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (B) and (C).

Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.

Heard. Mr. Bhandari learned Advocate appearing for applicants. Applicants seek to bring on record legal representatives of appellant No. 3, who died during pendency of appeal. 6.
Considering submission advanced there is proper explanation for delay in filing appeal. Application is supported by death certificate, which depicted that Smt. Shakuntala Vitthal Nirmal died on 03.09.2023. 7.
In that view of the matter, application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (B).
