Per Court :- Present Criminal Application is filed by the Applicant for grant of regular bail in connection with CR No.95/2015 registered with Police Station, Washi, District - Osmanabad, for the offences punishable under Section/s 306, 498(A), 323, 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

[2] Heard Mr. Mayur Salunke, learned counsel for the Applicant and Mr. A.S. Shinde, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

[3] First Information Report is lodged by Vitthal Pandurang Gajdhane, who is the father of deceased Karuna. From the First

2/3 Information Report, it is clear that, marriage of deceased Karuna was performed with Angad, brother of present Applicant, in the year 2010. According to the First Information Report, first informant received intimation from his elder brother - Srirang that Karuna has committed suicide by hanging herself. First Information Report would disclose general nature of accusations against the present Applicant. From the First Information Report, it is clear that specific demand of money is made against Angad, husband of deceased. [4] The Applicant is arrested on 2nd June, 2015. Looking to the nature of accusations made against the present Applicant, merely because the charge sheet is not filed, personal liberty of the present Applicant cannot be curtailed. That leads me to pass the following order :-

ORDER

(i) Criminal Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant - MAHENDRA S/O TULSHIRAM WALKE shall be released on regular bail on he executing P.R. Bond of Rs. 25,000/- [Rs. Twenty Five Thousand.] with one solvent surety in the like amount, in connection with CR No.95/2015 registered with Police Station, Washi, District - Osmanabad, for the offences punishable under Section/s 306, 498(A), 323, 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(iii) Bail before trial court.

3/3 (iv) With this Criminal Application is allowed and same is disposed of, accordingly.
