The Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 have filed additional affidavit. Paras 2 and 3 of the said additional affidavit in reply reads thus :- "02.

I have already filed paragraph wise reply affidavit and also one more additional reply affidavit on 27/11/2015 in my additional affidavit in reply I have placed on record the statements showing the detail about 50% salary, pension, gratuity and other benefits i.e. difference of 6th pay commission, medical bills etc, which total comes to Rs. 14,80,11,164/-. I say that, due to the poor financial condition of corporation the said amount remained to be paid.

I say and submit that after hearing of petition on 18/12/2015 these respondents have made arrangement of payment of those employees to the extent of 2,84,00,000/- and

6311.14WP the said amount is deposited in the accounts of employees. However, these respondents are making efforts to pay the remaining outstanding amount by increasing the income source of corporation. These respondents will make arrangement of payment of remaining outstanding amount by way of installments till August-2016."

In view of the said additional affidavit and in particular paras 2 and 3 thereof, the respondents will be under obligation to arrange the payment of remaining outstanding amount by way of installments till August2016. We make it clear that, the said aforementioned statement in para 3 will have to be complied with independently, and will not be dependent upon receiving outstanding amounts towards rent from the Government. We direct the State Government to verify the outstanding amount towards rent, and expedite the payment towards outstanding rent, if any.
