Present application has been filed for setting aside order dated 04.06.2019 passed by learned the Registrar (Judicial) refusing registration of the first appeal on the ground that the applicant failed to pay deficit court fees within stipulated period. Since the original respondents were not served in the main matter, it is not necessary to serve them for this application.

It appears that the learned Advocate failed to pay deficit court fees within 14 days, granted vide order dated 02.05.2019. Therefore, Registrar (Judicial) has refused the registration. Now, the applicant, who

1017.doc is acquiring body, ready to pay the deficit Court fees. Under such circumstance, order dated 04.06.2019 passed by Registrar (Judicial) is set aside.
