The learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks to rely upon certain orders passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 5252 of 2020 and other connected writ petitions dated 24 November 2021 and in another group of petitions bearing Writ Petition No. 2461 of 2022 with other connected writ petition dated 20 June 2022. The Petitioner seeks a prayer identical to the one's granted in these petitions.

It is open to the Petitioner to approach the concerned authority annexing the copies of these orders and it is for the authorities to consider as to whether the prayer is to be granted or not.
