The grievance of the petitioner is that, without any reasoned order, the appellate Court has permitted impleadment of respondent nos.2 to 6 in Misc. Civil appeal No.193 of 2015.

In my opinion, considering that order of the Appellate Court is not a reasoned speaking order, it will be in the interests of justice, if the application below exhibit 36 is decided afresh by the appellate Court, after hearing all the parties and by passing a reasoned speaking order. All the contentions are kept open. Writ Petition is allowed in the above terms.
