Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 2.

Considering the fact that only 50% of the amount awarded by the tribunal is deposited, the applicants are allowed to withdraw the amount deposited by the insurance company in the proportion as awarded by the Tribunal on submitting undertaking to this Court that in the event the applicants are directed to deposit the amount, they would deposit the same within one month.
