The Petitioner is before this Court only for seeking rental compensation and interest thereon. His representation dated 13.01.2022, is pending before Respondent Nos. 2 and 4. The learned AGP submits that Respondent No.4 has the jurisdiction to decide such claims. The Petitioner submits that Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 have the authority to decide the representation.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. 4, Since the representation of the Petitioner is pending before Respondent No.2, we call upon the said District Collector to deal with the representation, only if he has a statutory authority to deal with the said issue, within 60 (sixty) days from today. If he does not have the jurisdiction, he would transfer the said application to the Authority, which has jurisdiction to deal with it and accordingly intimate the Petitioner to follow up with the said authority. In such case, the said Authority would decide the representation within 60 days after he receives the same from the District Collector. ( Y.G.KHOBRAGADE, J. ) ( RAVINDRA V.
