ORDER

1.

These appeals are placed before us in today's National Lok Adalat, with consent of the parties.

2.

Learned A.G.P. Mr. A.M. Phule, Mr. B.V. Virdhe and Deputy Collector Mr. Jeevan Desai (Latur) for the State/Acquiring Body are present. The learned Advocates for the respondents are also present. 3.

Mr. A. M. Phule, learned AGP for the State, on instructions, submits that the above numbered appeals are squarely covered by the Government Resolution No. Sankirna-2014/pra.kra.4/Bhag-1/A-4 dated 03rd November, 2016 and subsequent corrigendum dated 23th February 2017 and 13th August, 2018 to the said government Resolution. In turn, these appeals can be withdrawn as per the policy decision taken by the Government of Maharashtra. Accordingly, the State is withdrawing these appeals. The amount, if any, lying with this Court be transmitted to the Reference Court concerned. If the

amount deposited is not withdrawn, the claimants shall be at liberty to make an application before the reference Court and withdraw the said amount. He further submits that in these circumstances, nothing survives in these appeals and the same can be disposed of. 4.

Accordingly, the above numbered appeals stand disposed of as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

The Court fee refund certificate be issued as per the provisions under the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959.
