By issuing mandamus writ, or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction in the like nature this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue direction to the respondents no. 2 to decide the application dated 07.01.2022 filed by the present petitioner on its own merit, within stipulated period."

We had asked learned AGP to seek instructions in regard to the aforementioned relief. She submits, on instructions, that the concerned authority would decide the Petitioner's application within a period of two (2) months.
