Heard. Perused the evidence of PW-3 and

PW-4.

If the evidence of PW-3 and PW-4 is read in the light of medical evidence, prima facie it appears that the approximate time of death 36 to 48 hours prior to post mortem as stated by the medical officer, appears to be correct in the light of evidence of PW-3 and PW-4. The deceased was last seen with accused by these witnesses. 3.

In that view of the matter, no case is made out for grant of bail. Accordingly Application for bail stands rejected.

Registry of this Court shall send the original Record and Proceedings to the Registry of Sessions Court, Ahmednagar. Upon receiving the original Record and Proceedings by the Registry of Sessions Court, the Registry of concerned Court shall prepare the Paper-Book and send it back along with original Record and Proceedings, as

expeditiously as possible, however in any case within four months from today.
