The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners had filed proposal for shifting of the school. The Divisional Deputy Director of Education has forwarded the said proposal to the State Government on 07.05.2018, however, respondent no. 1 has not yet decided the same.

In case the proposal of the petitioners for

2 wp 7220.19 shifting of the school as forwarded by the Deputy Director of Education (Exhibit D, Page No. 23) is pending with respondent no. 1, then respondent no. 1 shall take decision upon it on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months. 3.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
