This is an application to bring legal representatives of deceased respondent No.5-original claimant No.5 on record. 2.

It is averred in the application that the estate of deceased Nathabai is represented by applicants No.1 to 4 - original claimants No.1 to 4, who are already on record, and Sumanbai Shantaram Choudhary, who is to be brought on record as the legal representative of deceased respondent No.5.

In view of the averments in the application, the
