In all these Petitions, the Petitioners are identically placed. Their applications under section 28A of the Land Acquisition Act 1894, are pending.

In the second, third and fourth Petitions, hearing has been concluded. In the first Petition, hearing is yet to take place. 4.
In view of the above, these Petitions are disposed off with the following directions:
(A) In Writ petition No. 10713 of 2023, the Competent Authority would conclude the hearing within 30 days and thereafter deliver the award within 45 days by following the due procedure laid down in law and by considering all attending circumstances.
(B) In the second, third and fourth Petitions, wherein hearing is concluded, if the award is yet to be delivered, the same shall be delivered within 45 days from today.
