Heard counsel for the applicant. The counsel appeared for the appellant on 29.3.2016 and took time to work out the matter. Subsequently, he did not appear and this Court was required to issue bailable warrant and notice to the accused. The warrant appears to have been served. The counsel states that, the applicant is present and he will work out the matter. It is stated that, earlier the applicant was not available because he

Looking to the above, subject to payment of costs of Rs.750/- (Rupees seven hundred fifty) to be paid by the applicant within a week, the applicant may be continued on the same earlier bail bonds furnished.

The learned counsel undertakes to argue the appeal on date as may be fixed. List the appeal for hearing finally on 14th September 2016. It is made clear to the accused that, if it is not argued on the date when it is taken up, no further leniency would be shown.
