The petitioner is raising grievance in respect of recording of mutation entries in the revenue record. 2.

In view of the circular issued by the Divisional Commissioner on 13th February, 2015, the petitioner shall have liberty to approach the Sub Divisional level Committee for redressal of the grievances. If the petitioner tenders appropriate application to the Sub Divisional Committee constituted in accordance with the aforesaid Government circular, the said Committee shall deal with the application and shall issue necessary directions / orders, if deemed necessary in the facts and circumstances of the case, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the application.
