This is an application for condonation of delay of 30 days, caused in preferring the present appeal.

The delay is condoned subject to condition that the appellant herein shall deposit the entire amount under the award in this Court within a period of nine weeks from today.

Failure to deposit the amount within stipulated period shall result into rejection of the application without reference to the Court. 4.

The appeal be posted for admission after depositing the amount.
