Learned Counsel for applicants submit that, during the pendency of appeal Janabai Ramdas Nhavi and Supdabai Kashinath Wagh are died. Their legal heirs are already taken on record. Hence, names of the deceased Pooja K.

{2} 7-CA-6497-2020 Janabai and Supdabai be deleted from the title clause of appeal.
