Advocate for Petitioner : Mr.Nagargoje Ankush N. GP for Respondent State: Mr. D.R.Kale Mr.H.H.Padalkar h/f Mr. Patil Santosh S., Advocates, for R/6. ...

CORAM : R. M. BORDE & P.R. BORA, JJ.

Dated: July 14, 2015 ...

PER COURT :- 1.

The petitioner, who claims to be a prospective applicant in the event of declaration of notification, on cancellation of the license issued in favour of the respondent, has presented the instant petition. Rather than public interest, personal interest of the petitioner appears to have been involved in the matter. Apart from this, the State has taken cognizance of the alleged irregularity and initiated the proceedings.

2.

In view of the reasons set out as above, no interference is called for. Petition is devoid of substance and stands disposed of.
