Heard learned AGP for the applicant-State. These applications are filed for condonation of delay caused in filing appeal by the State, challenging judgment and award in Land Acquisition Reference passed by learned II Jt CJSD, Jalna.

For the reasons stated in the applications, the delay stands condoned. The Civil Applications are allowed. First Appeals be registered.

CIVIL APPLICATIONS FOR STAY 01.

This Court has already granted time of 12 weeks to deposit the amount of compensation in the office of this Court vide order dated 24.07.2025. Inspite of the same, no amount is deposited till today. 02.

Time to deposit the amount is extended till 08.01.2026. Stay to continue subject to deposit of amount before next date. FIRST APPEAL 01.
