PER COURT :- This is an application for recalling of the conditional order passed by this Court on 18.7.2014.

Heard. For the reasons recorded in the application, application deserves to be allowed and the same is accordingly allowed. The order passed by this Court on 18.7.2014 is recalled and the petition is restored to its original position. Petitioner shall remove office objections within a period of four weeks from today. In the event of failure to remove office objections, the instant civil application shall be deemed to have been rejected.
