The parties with their respective counsel are present. 2.

As per the compromise between the parties, respondent no.2 has agreed to pay Rs. 2,00,000/- along with interest thereon, from the date of filing of the claim petition to minor appellant no.2. Appellant no.1, who is guardian and real mother of minor appellant no.2 is permitted to withdraw the said amount on behalf of minor appellant no.2. 3.

The Court fee be refunded as permissible under the rules. 4.

No costs.

Award be drawn up accordingly.
