1) When the present matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the parties jointly submit that the parties have amicably settled the dispute amongst them and in CA No.8422/2018, compromise terms are incorporated in clause/para 7 thereof. The parties are present today before the court. They have verified the terms of compromise as are incorporated in para/clause 7 of the civil application No. 8422/2018.

2) In view of the above, following order is

passed, -

ORDER

i) Civil Application No.8422/2018 is allowed and disposed of;

ii) Second Appeal stands disposed of in terms of prayer clause (B) of CA No.8422/2018; iii) Pending civil application, if any, stands disposed of.
