Present application has been filed for withdrawal of the amount. Amount of Rs.96,41,609/- has been deposited in this Court by appellant No.1 i.e. present respondent No.2.

Heard both sides.

Taking into consideration the fact that the amount has been deposited towards the acquisition of the land and the appeal has been filed stating that the reference Court has enhanced the amount four times than the rate awarded by Special Land Acquisition Officer, the original claimant i.e. present applicant is allowed to withdraw amount (1)

Applicant shall file an undertaking within a period of eight weeks that she would make the said amount good if directed at the time of final disposal of the appeal.
