Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 2.

We find that the proposal for grant of validity certificate before Respondent No.2 Scrutiny Committee, has been submitted recently on 11.03.2025.

Considering the pressure on Respondent No. 2 Scrutiny Committee, which is flooded with such cases for verification of tribe claims, and in light of the statement made by

(( 2 )) 30-WP-7990-2025 the learned AGP, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition by issuing appropriate directions.

The Writ Petition is disposed of by directing Respondent No.2 to decide the tribe claim of the Petitioner as early as possible and preferably within six months from today.
