We have heard Mr. Dhage, the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

It has been observed by the Tribunal that the applicant has not exhausted all the remedies available to him. According to the learned Counsel, there is no earning member in the family and the petitioner is running 32 years of age. The father of the petitioner is not traced out after the year 1996. All these aspects are required to be considered.

We have heard learned Additional Government Pleader. Learned Additional Government Pleader submits that name of the petitioner, as per the documents filed, was included in the wait list. 4.

If the name of the petitioner is included in the wait list, he can claim appointment as per his turn and seniority in the wait list. It is not the case of the petitioner that a person junior to the petitioner in the wait list has been considered for appointment and the petitioner is left out.

In light of the above, there is no case for interference. 6.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
