Learned A.P.P. submits that the trial is commenced and the prosecution has examined two witnesses so far. Learned A.P.P. submits that now the physical hearing is also permitted in the courts below.

I have heard learned Counsel for the applicant for some time.

Learned Counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this application. Learned Counsel for the applicant further submits that the applicants are in jail after their cancellation of bail since last two years and in view of the same necessary directions may be given to the trial Court to dispose of the case in time bound manner.
