Pursuant to the directions of this Court, vide order dated 4th March, 2025 Respondent No.6 is present in the Court. 2.

The fifth Respondent has filed an affidavit stating that the Award has been passed on 2nd December, 2024. It is also informed by learned Advocate for Respondents No.5 and 6 that an amount of Rs.40,16,869/- is demanded from the concerned authorities, for payment of compensation to the Petitioner and on receipt of the amount, the same shall be paid to the Petitioner.
