Present application has been filed for withdrawal of the amount. Amount of Rs.8,89,266/- has been deposited in this Court by appellant No.1 i.e. present respondent No.2.

Taking into consideration the fact that the amount has been deposited towards the acquisition of the land and the appeal has been filed challenging the enhancement of compensation by the reference Court, the original claimants i.e. present applicant Nos.1 and 2 are allowed to withdraw amount of Rs.3,00,000/-.

Applicants shall file an undertaking within a period of eight weeks that they would make the said amount good if directed at the time of final disposal of the appeal.
