O R D E R

Learned Counsel Mr. Abhijit G. Choudhari for the appellant/Insurance Company and Mr. Vikram S. Undre learned Counsel for the respondent alongwith Smt. Kalika Shivajirao Kakade, are present before the Panel today. They tender on record the joint pursis for withdrawal of both the appeals which is taken on record and marked as 'Exhibit-X' for identification.

With the assistance of learned Counsels, we have

909 & 911-FA-338-2021 -2ascertained the identification of Smt. Kalika Shivajirao Kakade who is present today. She confirms the settlement and withdrawal of the appeals.

Parties before the Panel pray to dispose of the first appeals in view of joint pursis at Exhibit-X. 4.

At the time of filing of the appeals, amount was deposited by the Insurance Company and part of it was permitted to be withdrawn. In view of the withdrawal of the appeals, balance amount alongwith accrued interest, shall be disbursed to Smt. Kalika Shivajirao Kakade. 5.

Both the First Appeals are disposed of in view of joint pursis at Exhibit-X and the minutes of the order passed today.

The Court fees shall be refunded as per rules. 7.

Award be drawn up accordingly.

Civil Application pending if any, is disposed of. 9.

Record and Proceeding if any, be remitted back to the concerned Court/Tribunal.
