The petitioner prays for an out of turn expeditious decision in his tribe claim tendered before the scrutiny committee on 30.04.2022.

The learned AGP submits, on instructions, that the list of time bound matters has now crossed 8000 considering various orders being passed by this Court. The students seek expeditious decision by approaching the scrutiny committee belatedly and it becomes a herculean task for the committee to

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that her father has received the validity certificate from the competent committee with regard to his claim of belonging to Koli Mahadev, Scheduled Tribe.
