Order :- 1.

The learned counsel appearing for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file appropriate application for discharge before the concerned court.

The criminal application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. However, we make it clear that the remedy so granted today to file application for discharge will be available only for four weeks from today. In case, the applicant files application for discharge before the concerned court, the same shall be decided by the concerned court on its own merits and in accordance with provisions of law, as expeditiously as possible,

Rule stands discharged. An interim relief granted earlier stands vacated.
