These are the applications for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The applicants have been arrested in connection with Crime No.0112/2022, registered with Vaijapur Police Station, District Aurangabad, for the offences punishable
(( 2 )) BA-910, 931, 943-2022 under Sections 370(3) r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3, 4, 5, 7(A) of the P.I.T.A. Act.

These applications are taken up together, since they arise from one and the same crime.

Heard.
Perused the First Information Report (FIR) and the related papers.
The FIR has been lodged by a Police Sub-Inspector. The gist of the FIR is that the applicants herein were running a brothel near crematorium, at Dattanagar, Vaijapur. An information to that effect was received. It was, therefore, decided to lay a trap. One person was asked to act as a decoy customer. As planned, he went to the place with a marked Rs.200/- currency note. At the place, he engaged one lady. Both of them went in a tin shed room. After a while, the decoy gave a determined signal. The trap party arrived. The decoy and a lady were found semi-nude. That lady gave her name. She also informed that the applicants herein would run a brothel with the assistance of her and other roommate present there. The money received was being shared equally. Marked currency note
(( 3 )) BA-910, 931, 943-2022 was recovered from applicant Savita. Other two applicants were present there. After the raid was over, the FIR came to be registered. 4.
The applicants have been behind the bars from 15.03.2022 and 16.03.2022. Two of them are female. Investigation of the crime is over. The charge-sheet is filed. It will take time for commencement and conclusion of the trial. Considering the nature of offence, pretrial detention of the applicants is not warranted. The applications are therefore, allowed in terms of following order:
O R D E R
(i) The Bail Applications are allowed.
(ii) The applicants be released on bail in connection with Crime No.0112/2022, registered with Vaijapur Police Station, District Aurangabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 370(3) r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3, 4, 5, 7(A) of the P.I.T.A. Act, on their executing P. R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) each with surety bond each of the like amount.
(iii) The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.
