This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail since the applicant is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No. 40/2015 registered with Daithana police station, District Parbhani for the offences punishable u/s 326,324 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

Heard Mr. V.B.Anjanwatikar, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. V.H.Dighe, learned A.P.P. for respondent No. 1 - State.

F.I.R. is lodged by Parmeshwar Santram Shiral. The role ascribed against the present applicant is that he has given stick blow.

2 Cr.Apln. 3348.2015 I have gone through the injury certificate of the first informant. The injuries are simple in nature. 4.

In that view of the matter, interim order granted in favour of the present applicant dated 29/06/2015 stands confirmed.
