Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions of his client, who is present in the court, submits that the petitioner is ready and willing to deposit an amount of Rs.2,25,000/- (Rupees Two lacs twenty five thousand only) as full and final settlement to the claim of recovery as per the recovery certificate dated 24.8.2009, on or before 30.3.2016.

Leaned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3, on instructions, submits that respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are ready to accept the said amount towards full and final settlement as a recovery claim as per recovery certificate dated 24.8.2009, on condition that the petitioner shall deposit the said amount on or before 30.3.2016. Learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 further submits that the amount

wp6467.15 -2so agreed if deposited on or before 30.3.2016, respondent Nos. 2 and 3 will issue no dues certificate within one week thereafter to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the parties submit that if the petitioner fails to deposit the said amount within the period as agreed above, respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are at liberty to recover the amount as per the recovery certificate.

In the light of above observations, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
