The Petitioner is before this Court with a prayer that a direction be issued to Respondent Nos.1 and 2/ Maharashtra Pollution Control Board to prepare a roster with effect from 2001. The Petitioner is an employee of the said Board and further prays that until the roster is prepared, further recruitment should be halted. Shri More, learned Advocate for Respondent Nos.1 and 2, submits, on the basis of the affidavit in reply filed on 02.05.2014, that the roster has already been prepared, the Petitioner himself is enjoying the benefits of the roster and is presently promoted. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that he has

Considering the above and since Shri More submits that a copy of the roster will be handed over to the Petitioner within three weeks from today, this Writ Petition is rendered infructuous and stands disposed of.
