None appears for the applicant. Since 20/11/2015, on three occasions, nobody has appeared for the applicant.

Delay of 196 days caused in filing the application for leave to file appeal against the order of acquittal of the respondent from the offence punishable under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, is sought to be condoned by the present application.

Perusal of the contents of the application would show that as talks of settlement were going on between the parties, the applicant withheld filing of the present application. It is further averred that applicant is the karta of the family and as all the responsibilities of the family lies on his shoulder, he was not able to file the application earlier. 4.
The contents of the application are vague. No sufficient cause is made out. Criminal Application No. 3353 of 2015 seeking delay condonation is therefore dismissed. Consequently, Criminal Application No. 3352 of 2015 seeking leave to file appeal also stand disposed of.
