It appears that the grievance of the petitioners is taken care under order of the Divisional Commissioner dated 7th February 2019.

In the light of above, naturally the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad, will be responsible to adhere to the order passed by the Divisional Commissioner dated 7th February 2019 and take steps accordingly as per the order of the Divisional Commissioner. The Circular dated 31st July 2017 shall also be considered.
