This application is filed for withdrawal of the amount deposited by applicant - acquiring body in this Court along with interest pursuant to the judgment and award passed by the learned Reference Court. Considering the arguments, the following order :-

ORDER

(a) The application is allowed and disposed of.

(b) The applicant is allowed to withdraw 75% of the amount with accrued interest deposited in this Court on furnishing usual undertaking.

(c) 25% of the amount be invested in fixed deposit of any nationalized bank to be renewed from time to time till the disposal of the appeal.
