PER COURT :- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners makes oral prayer to add the Joint Director, Higher Education, Aurangabad Division, Aurangabad as party respondent. Prayer granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

Notice to added respondent. The learned Additional Government Pleader waives service for added respondent.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has tendered across bar an undertaking stating therein that, the petitioner is ready to cure/remove all the deficiencies pointed out by the Respondent Authorities

Upon removing all the deficiencies within three months form today, the added respondent- Joint Director, Higher Education, Aurangabad Division, Aurangabad shall visit the petitioner's school and after satisfying himself that, all the deficiencies are removed submit the report to Respondent No.1.

In case such report is submitted to Respondent NO.1, Respondent No.1 to take appropriate decision in respect of prayer of the petitioner for granting permission to open and run the senior college with Arts, Commerce and Science faculty at Chikalthana, Jalna Road, Aurangabad, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within 8 weeks after receipt of the report from Joint Director, Higher Education, Aurangabad Division, Aurangabad.

The Petition stands disposed of.
