We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and respondents. The petitioners are similarly situated persons as petitioners in Writ Petition No. 4616 of 2016 and other connected writ petitions decided on 22nd December, 2017. 2.

In view of that, we follow same course in the present writ petition also.

The impugned order dated 09.04.2014 passed by the respondent No. 4, so also the order dated 14.08.2014 passed by

2 wp 7987.17 the District Health Officer, Z. P. Aurangabad and order dated 09.01.2014 passed by the respondent No. 2 are hereby quashed and set aside. The respondents are directed to repay an amount of Rs. 2,87,121/- to the petitioner, which has been already deducted in pursuance to the impugned orders within a period of six (06) months from today. The respondents are at liberty to refix the pay of the petitioner after giving him an opportunity. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
