The applicant- original claimant Dnyanoba Nehaji Late, is reported dead vide death certifcate, which is marked as Exh.-A on 18.2.2018.

Shri Kulkarni, the learned A.G.P., for the respondents-State, has objected for condonation of delay and for setting aside the abetment order.

For the reasons stated in the application, delay of 870 days is condoned. The abatement is set aside. Legal representatives of late Dnyanoba Nehaji Late be brought on record by making necessary corrections.
