The Original Claimant-Nabdabai is reported to be dead. The death certifcate is marked as Exhibit-A for identifcation on 26.10.2018. The Original Claimant Manik Deorao Tale died during the pendency of the Reference. The applicants Nos. 2-A and 2-B are the legal representatives of the deceased Manik Deorao Late being his sons.

This application is fled for bringing the legal representatives of deceased Manik Deorao Tale on record. 3.

Shri Kulkarni, the learned A.G.P. for the respondents-

- 2 - CA 6904 OF 2020 State has objected for condonation of delay and for subsequent abatement of the proceedings.

Considering the dispute involved, the delay of 416 days in fling this application is condoned and the abatement is set aside. The legal representatives of late Manik Deorao Late be brought on record by making necessary correction. 5.

Application is disposed of.
