By this application, the prayer is made to modify the order dated 16.11.2023 and permission be granted to implead respondent no.5 in the present proceeding.

Mr. Thigle, learned Advocate appearing for the applicant points out that though respondent no.5 was deleted earlier. However, ignoring interim orders passed by this Court, he is issuing coercive communications against the applicant. In that circumstances, he would be necessary party to the petition. 3.

Considering the submissions advanced, if permission is granted to implead respondent no.5 in the Writ Petition no prejudice would be caused to respondents. Hence, Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer Clause (B). 4.

Amendment to be carried out forthwith.
