The applicant- original claimant Uttam Ganpatrao Late (Late), is reported to be dead vide death certifcate, marked as Exh.-A on 2.3.2016.

Shri Kulkarni, the learned A.G.P., for the respondents-State, has objected for condonation of delay and for setting aside the abetment order.

For the reasons stated in the application, delay of 1384 days is condoned. Abatement is set aside. The legal representatives of Uttam Ganpatrao Late (Late) be brought on record by making necessary correction.
