Heard learned counsel for applicants and Mr. G. S. Khaire holding for Mr. Dande, learned counsel for respondent No. 3 - Acquiring Body. 3.

Applicants herein are the claimants before the Reference Court. It is stated in the application that, the applicants are in need of money for their survival.

The Acquiring Body has not filed any reply to this application opposing the prayer made by the applicants-claimants. 5.

In that view of matter, the civil application is allowed. The applicants-claimants are permitted to withdraw amount to the extent of 50 % of the amount deposited before this Court on furnishing personal undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 6.
